I'm Christine Guptill, and I served as secretary for the EWRA from 2021-2025, when I became the President. We moved into the neighbourhood in 2021 from Edmonton, Alberta, but I grew up in Hunt Club here in Ottawa, and my mother and brother still live in the city. I enjoy being involved. My husband and two teen daughters and I are enjoying getting to know you, and we plan to stay a long time! Outside of my role in the association, I am a professor at uOttawa. I have a degree in oboe performance, play a bit of guitar, and I sing. I also love cross-country skiing, and Pine Grove has become my winter "forest bathing" ritual.  

I’m Glen Scott, my family and I moved to Emerald Woods in 2022. Since arriving we have enjoyed the sense of community in the neighbourhood and events put on by the EWRA. I grew up in Ottawa South, and I look forward to serving the community as your vice-president. You may see me out on one of my daily walks of Autumnwood or at the park. Please feel free to say hi and to chat about any neighbourhood issues or ideas. 

Hi, I’m Sebastian Mortillaro, the treasurer of the association!  I’ve been lucky to call this neighbourhood home since 2020, when my wife and I moved in and quickly fell in love with the community. If you’re out and about, you’ll probably spot me walking our bichon-poodle, Bello - he’s the fluffy one in charge. Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade working in data analytics and currently work as a Senior Manager at Scotiabank. Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym or training (and occasionally competing) in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’m excited to stay involved and help make our neighbourhood an even better place to live.

I'm Mark Vuotari and your EWRA Past-President. My wife and I have been living in the neighbourhood since the fall of 2017. In my spare time I enjoy woodworking, outdoor activities, and scuba diving. Most weekends you will find me out in the yard, working on projects around the house, or spending time with family. I always look forward to meeting new people, and I hope to see you at our neighbourhood events!
